  • 1/2 cup butter Melted, for brushing sliders before baking.

For the Cowboy Butter

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Added for flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika For seasoning.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally while keeping them connected.
  • Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish and brush with melted butter.
  • Layer cheese on the bottom bun, followed by the scrambled eggs and then the cooked sausage or bacon.
  • Add another layer of cheese and place the top buns over everything.
  • Brush the tops with more melted butter or maple glaze.

Baking

  • Cover the assembled sliders with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil for the last 5-7 minutes to allow the tops to become golden and crispy.

Notes

Make these sliders ahead by prepping the night before and popping them in the oven in the morning. Cover sliders with foil to retain moisture, and frost with maple butter glaze for extra flavor.
